In my quest to re-vamp my family’s eating habits, I’ve found a few websites really helpful, and I wanted to share them with you.
A no-brainer, really. This is Kezia’s blog, and I read it because she shares a lot of interesting research and some good recipes, too.
Katie Riddle is the wife of worship leader Jeremy Riddle, and pretty much an expert on real food. She’s got young kids, too, so she knows about doing this with a family. She’s also been writing this blog for a long time, so she’s got a HUGE backlog of recipes. If I’m looking for a new way to use coconut oil or I need some pancakes but want to know how to make them without wheat, this is my go-to.
This is my real-life, lives-down-the-street friend Sarah. She’s a great resource when we’re just hanging out on her couch with our babies, and lucky for you, she also shares some of her real food knowledge and yummy, family-friendly, kid-approved recipes on her blog.
KJ is another one of my real-life friends, and she and her family are on the GAPS diet. She’s going a step further to try and remove chemicals completely from their life, and she made me some awesome diaper cream which, okay, I mostly rub on my own stomach. Because it smells awesome.
What about you guys? Have any favourite websites for real food tips and recipes?
